I am so thankful that Wildlife Resolutions was able to help me with a problem I was having with a flying squirrel infestation. It was a really stressful problem to have with these adorable squirrels getting into my walls, ceilings, basement, destroying my house and dying in here. I needed to get them out, keep them out, without killing them. Previously, Wildlife Resolutions had helped with very destructive red squirrels, and they were the first people I called for help with this. They inspected my home to determine where the entry points were, gave me a quote including a detailed proposal for exclusion and repair work so there wouldn’t be any surprises, and executed the work according to plan. It’s REALLY difficult to find anyone in Central NY who does the type of work that Wildlife Resolutions does, and does it well. They’re not inexpensive, but it’s well worth the money spent, and they guarantee their work. They are top-notch professionals who take pride in their work. I haven’t heard or seen any new evidence of squirrels since they were here, which is a HUGE relief – and the repairs look great too. Unfortunately for me, squirrels love breaking into my house and taking up residence, but fortunately, Wildlife Resolutions is just a phone call away; I’ll never call anyone but them for this type of work again.

We used Wildlife resolutions for the remediation of squirrels that were living in the attic/hayloft of our old, converted barn in Northeast Ithaca. The company was responsive, professional, and courteous. The estimates and invoices were clear and organized. We worked with Matt, who was knowledgeable and patient. His recommendations were good. When the odor of a decaying dead animal appeared, Matt came over promptly, hunted down the source (a baby squirrel that got caught in a wall), removed it, thoroughly disinfected and deodorized the area. We would definitely recommend them (though, we hope we won't have to call them again ourselves :-).
